Almost every home wine maker in the New York Tri-State area has heard of the Pagano Family from the Brooklyn Terminal Market in Canarsie. The Pagano's started bringing grapes from California over 70 years ago and have been in the business ever since, the Pagano’s take the wine grape business seriously.
With the desire to deliver the best fruit possible, Mr. Pagano goes through great pain to bring you the best fruit possible, but as you may or may not know the quality of grapes varies from year to year depending on the weather. Some years excellent fruit is plentiful some year’s only marginal fruit is available. Regardless of fruit condition, important steps must be followed to ensure Quality. One step we take toward quality is in the way we handel and store our merchandise. Our fresh California juice is refrigerated point of origin to our cold storage here in New York!

All of our Inventory is shipped out of our Long Island wharehouse and cold storage.
For All our Perishable products like our Grape and Juice orders shipping outside Long Island, NY will be shipped out from A&P Distributors on Monday's thru Wednesday's during harvest season.
Maximum Shipping Weight Via UPS:
All orders exceeding our default shipping weight of 150lbs must call for a freight quote. There are other shipping alternative other than UPS.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
For Refund and Returns, customer must notify an A&P Representative within 5 days of receiving their order. Upon Us(A&P) receiving original package & merchandise we will check for damages or usage and declare wether a 100% or a partial refund will be reimbursed to customers credit card. A&P will notify customer within 5 days of receiving merchandise.
Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returns. If customer receives merchandise damaged or broken, A&P will reimburse 100% shipping cost to the customer.
For cancellations, customer must notify A&P within 24 hrs of the purchase. As we here at A&P process orders within 24 hrs of the purchase.
if deadline is not met, customer is responsible for all shipping cost.
